Orders under $10.00 may be accepted, but will have a 'Small Order Fee' of up to $5.00 applied.

How To Order
Our site is equipped with a secure shopping cart system. Please use this when placing orders.
Once you have selected all of the items that you would like to purchase, click on th "Check Out" button.
This will take you to a series of pages that will collect payment information.
Once you have submitted all of the requested information, you will receive an E-Mail copy of your
order. NOTE: This is not an invoice. This is just a confirmation of your order and your intended
method of payment. We will receive an exact copy of the same E-Mail.
NOTE: Prices listed DO NOT include shipping and insurance charges. Any order sent that does not
include proper shipping costs will be held until such time as appropriate funds are received.

Methods of Payment

Money Order / Cashier's Checks
Sorry, due to their excessive fee structure, we DO NOT accept PayPal.
Credit Cards
If you are using a credit card, we will retrieve your credit card information
from the secure server and process your order as soon as we are able. We will contact you only if
we have a problem processing the order such as incomplete address information or credit card problems.
NOTE: We do not accept debit cards.
Your credit card will not be charged until the order is ready to ship.
Checks and Money Orders
If you are paying with a check or money order, you will receive a confirmation E-Mail from us
showing the total amount due, including insurance, shipping and Maryland tax, if applicable.
Due to the large number of non-payment on checks and money orders, we do not hold items being purchased
with a check.
This may result in your item being sold before your payment arrives.
To avoid disappointment and guarantee your purchase, please make your purchase using a credit card.

Insurance
U. S. Postal Service Rate Increase Coming May 12, 2008

At no time does Americana Resources guarantee the delivery of any order.
Orders sent to a 3rd party address (such as a work address) or an address outside of
the United States are sent at the customers risk.
Insurance is added to all U.S. orders totalling $15.00 and above at the customers expense.
Orders below $15.00 are insured only if requested by the customer. Orders sent to an
address outside of the United States will be insured only if permitted by the Postal Service.
Current insurance costs are:

| $600.01 to $5,000.00 | $7.30 plus $0.90 per $100 or fraction thereof over $600 to $5,000. |
CUSTOMER ASSUMES ALL RISK FOR LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS NOT INSURED.

Shipping Charges
U. S. Postal Service Rate Increase Coming May 12, 2008

We make every effort to process orders as soon as payment has been received.
If you need your order by a specific date, please be sure to mention the required date
when making your inquiry.
EVERY order that we send out will contain an invoice.
This invoice will show all items ordered and applicable shipping, insurance and taxes.
If the shipping address is different from the billing address, the order will be sent
with "Delivery Confirmation" at an additional cost of $1.75 per package. Once the order has been shipped,
the tracking number will appear on the order status page located at
http://amres.com/Status.
Because every order is unique, we will not provide shipping charges on-line. Shipping charges
are based on a number of factors:
- Number of items
- Size of items
- Weight
- Special packing requirements
- Destination address
If, after pulling your order and packing, we feel that the shipping charges may be excessive, we will
contact you. This is especially true of orders outside of the 48-contiguous United States.
If you would like notified of shipping costs before your order is sent, please ask on the order form.
Overnight Shipping
$5.00 Rush Service fee added to the order.
Shipping Method
We will not ship using UPS or FedEx. We use the U.S. Postal Service EXCLUSIVELY.
Over the years, we have found this to be the most
reliable and least expensive method. Keep in mind that the Postal Service does not delivery on
regular holidays or Sundays. This will affect your delivery time.
When ordering during major holiday seasons such as Christmas, it is important
that you allow extra time for delivery due to holiday volumes. While most orders arrive within
3-5 days, the Postal Service regulations allow a minimum of 30 business days for the delivery
of a package. If you haven"t received your order from us within 30-40 days, please let us know.
We will be able to verify the date that the order was invoiced and shipped and handle things accordingly.

Taxes & Import Duties
Deliveries Within Maryland
If your order is being shipped to an address within the State of Maryland,
please be aware that we are required by Maryland State law to collect
the Maryland State Sales Tax. The current rate is 5% of the total order. This
amount will be added to your invoice when processed. If you send your order
by way of regular postal mail without contacting us concerning availability and
shipping, please remember to add the sales tax to the amount of your order.
Failure to do so will delay the processing of your order.
If you are a licensed dealer in the State of Maryland, and posess a current
tax ememption certificate, please include a copy of your certificate with
your payment. Your order must total $200.00 or more to be tax exempt.
Sorry, but only Maryland tax exemption certificates will be honored.
The State of Maryland does not have reciprocal sales tax agreements with
any other state.
International Deliveries
All packages sent to addresses outside of the United States require that a Customs Declaration form be attached to the package.
We will accurately state the contents of the package and it"s value in U.S. currency.
The Customer is responsible for all import duties and local taxes.

'Lost' Shipments
The United States Postal Service requires that 30 days pass before they will consider a package to be lost.
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 days of the 'Shipped' date shown on the
Order Status screen, please check with your neighbors,
family members, building mail room, etc. to see if someone didn't pick it up and forget to tell you. If no
one has it, let us know. HOWEVER, keep in mind that, with the exception of "overnight delivery",
the USPS will not start a trace until after 30 days have passed. This is especially critical to remember
during holiday periods.

Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, it is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT that you
follow this procedure:
IF the order was insured:
- Contact us IMMEDIATELY by E-Mail (preferred) or telephone using the information
provided on the enclosed invoice.
DO NOT return the order to Americana Resources, Inc.
- Save all packing materials
- If you paid with a credit card DO NOT call your credit card company.
We will send you:
- PS Form 1000, Domestic Claim or Registered Mail Inquiry
- the original insurance certificate
- copy of your original invoice
You will need to take this paperwork, along with the damaged item and all packing materials,
to your local post office. Note that you will be required to surrender the damaged item to
the post office as they are, in effect, buying the item from you.
If the order was NOT insured:
As stated in other sections of this page, Americana Resources, Inc is not responsible for
any order that is lost or damaged in transit. If you decline to have your order insured,
you do so at your own risk.

Returns and Re-stocking Charge
Prior Approval Required
If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we must be notified within 10 days via
E-Mail of the reason of your dissatisfaction. We will issue a return authorization via return E-Mail.
Once we receive the returned items, we will refund your purchase amount, minus shipping charges.
Re-Stocking Charge
Any returns beyond the 10 day period, or returns made without our prior knowledge or consent will
be subject to a 15% restocking charge.

Order Status
If you placed your order using the on-line shopping cart system, you will received an E-Mail
confirmation of your order. This confirmation contains a 12-digit order number, similar to
2007-5678-9012. We have an order status page available at
http://AmRes.com/Status.
This page will list any order that we are processing. Each order is listed by the order number and contains
the current status such as "Being Pulled", "Invoiced, Ready for shipping", "Shipped", etc. Once an order has
been invoiced, the line will also show the shipping date, invoice number and customer account number.
Orders that have been shipped will show up for 10 days after shipping. If the order was shipped to an address
other than the billing address, you will also have a button to track the delivery status of the order. (Note that
the US Postal Service updates their system in the evening, and your information may not be available.)
If your order was placed within the past 72 hours and it doesn't show up, it is most likely due to the fact that we
have not picked it up for processing yet. If several days have passed and your order still is not showing up,
please contact us. It is possible that we never received our copy of the order.
